What do I need to get a loan?
Bring your item(s) into our store and let us know how much you'd like to borrow.
We'll assess your items on the spot.
You'll need to provide 100 points of ID, such as one of the following;
- Passport
- Drivers licence
- Marine licence
- Proof of age card
- Working with children check
- Firearm licence
- Work Safe card (with photo)
- Immigration card.
Or two of the following;
- Birth Certificate
- Healthcare or pensioner concession card
- Seniors card
- Marriage certificate
- Citizen certificate
- Work Safe card
You'll receive your cash immediately along with a pawn ticket for your records.
What duration is the loan term for?
All loans are issued for a one-month term, with flexible extensions available. Paying the monthly interest allows you to extend your loan month-to-month.
What are the payout options?
Payment is made instantly, either in cash or via bank transfer, depending on your preference.
How do I redeem my items?
Simply repay your loan amount plus any interest due and your items will be returned immediately. Alternatively, you can pay the interest only to extend your loan for another month.
What if I can't repay my loan?
If a loan isn't repaid or extended by the due date, ownership of the item transfers to us and it may be sold to recover the loan. This does not effect your credit score and there are no additional fees. You're welcome to apply for another loan with us at any time.
